The bright line between infringement and fair use has been rigorously tested in the New Millennium. Cases such as Perfect 10 v. Google, Inc., et al., 416 F. Supp. 2d 828 (C.D. Cal. 2006) are providing us with so many branches of argument in the courts, it is believed internet and computer issues are growing exponentially compared to many non-technical areas of law. We have the knowledge, skills, and experience to flush out the pertinent issue in order to present sound fact-based arguments that will withstand the test of the changing times.
