USPTO Infringement Concerns

The patent process is one of the most complex administrative processes to navigate nationally and internationally. The complexities have contributed to a well-known backlog that may take a whole decade or longer just to get under control. We are knowledgeable, experienced, and skilled at navigating this process in order to get results. We have worked in the USPTO as examiners and on the outside of the USPTO as attorneys.
