RAQUEL Y. GORDON is an electrical engineer, a registered patent attorney, and a public speaker.

Ms. Gordon has vast knowledge, skill, and experience in the areas of microprocessors, semiconductors, inductive circuitry, control circuitry, printed circuit boards, imaging devices, power systems, inverters, batteries, fuel cells, lens and fiber optics systems, logical systems, telecommunications, electrical measuring and testing devices, transmitter/receiver systems, antennas and RFID, and phase systems. She drafts and prosecutes patent applications including accelerated examination applications and PCTs.

In the areas of software, Ms. Gordon has knowledge, skill, and experience with C, C++, JAVA, html, php, JOOMLA, WAP, POS, Fortran, Pascal, and many other applications and platforms.

Ms. Gordon has been involved in numerous litigations, investigative, and administrative matters including ITC section 337, FTC Second Review, U.S. Bureau of Industry and Security, Office of Export Enforcement, and FDA matters. She also negotiates and drafts software agreements, licenses, entertainment, telecommunications and government contracts. In addition Ms. Gordon has trial experience in various areas of her legal practice.

Ms. Gordon, a former junior and primary patent examiner in the USPTO, garnered a plethora of valuable knowledge, skill and experience in prosecution matters for over a decade. Ms. Gordon has vast knowledge, skill, and experience with U.S. and international applications as well as petitions, oppositions, reexamination, reissue matters, and appeals.

Ms. Gordon earned her B.S.E.E. with honors at the University of Maryland, College Park, and her J.D. at Catholic University of America's Columbus School of Law.
